Ingredients
- 16 oz pork steaks
- 1 lemon grass stalk
- 1 lime leaf
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 scallions
- 1 tsp Chili Paste
- ¼ cup thick coconut milk

Vegetables
- Mushrooms
- Snow Peas
- Red or green peppers
- Cabbage
- Celery
- Green Onions
How to Cook
- Coarsely chop the lemon grass and lime leaf.
- Peel the garlic and Onions and then chop allk the ingredients.
- Add these together with chili paste, coconut milk and Sesame dressing to blender or food processor and blend till smooth.
- Spread marinade on each side of steaks.
- Let stand in fridge for three hours to overnight. Save remaining marinade.
- Grill steaks on a hot grill till Medium (or as desired).
- While steaks are grilling, stir fry various of veggies inside of a wok until tender crisp.
- Remove veggies.
- Heat remaining marinade in wok until reduced by ½ return veggies to wok and stir until coated.
- Slice meat over the grain in ½ inch thick slices.
- Arrange on top of rice or noodles and top with veggies.

Sounds good too, but can you please tell me where I can get lime leaves? I've seen a few recipes now with that ingredient but don't know where to get them. There's definitely no lime trees around here in Oregon! Thanks!
