Thai Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups cooked buckwheat noodles (Or substitute Linguine)
  • 1cup cooked baby shrimp
  • ½ cup Thai sesame Dressing

How to cook

  1. Toss every one of the Ingredients and serve
  2. Garnish with slices of red peppers.

  • 8 Chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • Manzanah Chawah Sesame
  • Dressing & Marinade.

How to Cook

  • Mix Sesame Dressing & Marinade, garlic, curry powder, cilantro together.
  • Place the chicken in a seal able plastic bag with the marinade.
  • Turn the bag repeatedly so , as a result , the chicken is well coated.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, turning the bag occasionally to distribute the marinade.
  • Lift the chicken originating from a marinade and arrange it on a lightly greased grill over low coals.
  • Cook, turning frequently, through to the meat close to the bone in not pink, about 45 minutes.
  • Could be cooked under the broiler indoors.
