Spicy Chip Boats

Yummy snack that I want to share.
Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes cut in to eight segments
1 teaspoon of Chilli powder½ teaspoon of black pepper, freshly ground1 clove of garlic, crushed1 teaspoon of cumin1 teaspoon of oregano1 tablespoon of olive oilOven temp 220C/425F/gas 7Cooking Instructions:
1. In a large clean plastic bag, put the potatoes and all the ingredients including the olive oil, shake the bag well making sure the potatoes are well coated with the herbs and spices
2.Lay the potatoes out on a baking tray in a single layer
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with meat or fish or just on their own as finger food, with some dips, like sour cream and chive, or Guacamole.

Note : For this Spicy Chip Boats I recommend eat with Caribbean fish cake.

Sounds good, I make a similar type of wedgie, only the oils and spices get added on directly after the potatoes have crisped to a nice golden brow. The flavours of the spices are sharper, and the nuttiness of the olive oil permiates throughought the wedgie.
It's so delicious.....I want you to try it out. :)
